Life is for the young.

Thanks to my brother, I have ten more than worthy replacements, plus three more grandnephews in the following generation. Whimsical asides to the contrary, yours truly is content. Anyway, it's not as if there is a local shortage of Abramses.

As to making it work, my first thought when I first drove by is; where would customers park? How many prospects said to their driver "ain't no place to park, I know of a place further up 206, not far from here".

It's a good point, there really is not a whole lot of parking. There is a small dedicated lot around the back side with space for maybe four cars, and the rest of the parking would have to be on the side of the street, as you can see in that old photo I posted earlier. Maybe there would be potential to share some parking with the fire station across the street, which has a big and often vacant lot, if that could be done safely?
