Way, way cool. This is the one I have a small section of in that old frame. It predates a lot of the furnaces, including Mary Ann, Dover and Ferrago, the latter two were under construction when the guy was drafting it. It also shows Upper and Lower mill as Bisphams mill on the rancoacas, and Biddles Mill over by Browns Mills. And this map clearly shows the mill on the Forked River as Holmes, but Homes on the Gordon 1833.

And see how Cranberry Inlet is open on this map, but on the 1833 Gordon map it is marked as "closed". Thats wild, they couldn't bear to remove the name Cranberry Inlet even though it no longer existed.

These are such nice maps. If I had a lot of money I could really get into collecting and framing these.

You know Ben, it would be neat if you could put your maps in order by date.

Glad that I could dig that one up. And if you want about 100 more maps with most of them being coastal maps here is a little tip. Use Scott W. instructions except leave out the year. Every map the NOAA has of NJ shows up. I believe this one is the only other one that would be of interest for the pines, but I may have missed one or two. There are so many I spent an hour and didn't scratch the surface for viewing them.
