Arson or Lightning?

We were sent there in 2000 I believe. Talking to the local crews it was all arson. There was a war going on with law enforcement and the illegal marijuana growers. They threatened to burn an acre for every plant destroyed. It was the same time of year too. I wonder if things haven't changed much.

Maybe Rocky Mountain High should have been termed "Appalachia High"? I guess Ginseng is out and Cannabis is in?

Getting worse. We were planning a spring trip to the Smokies, now maybe '18. We were in Yellowstone after the fires of '88, 'twas an amazing site to see the rebirth.
