Here is an aerial photo of the Aserdaten area. The circle on the left is Aserdaten and the one on the right is where you had circled that indicated a building was there in the past. Notice the large road cutting through there now. That all started in the late 70's when they started digging the area up. It was not like that in the early to mid 70's when I first visited the area.
When we visit Aserdaten we should walk down the road that intersects there. Or we may be able to drive directly down that road from the Forked River Mountains, or head to the Forked River Mountains from there.
