I went to the Central RR of NJ turntable out at Barnegat today. The Scouts who are excavating should be proud of what they are doing. I added an album on the subject with 11 photos.

Ed, I did not measure the diameter. I parked on Rosehill and it is a narrow rd with some traffic. What we can do is next time we go fishing, which could be Friday, we can pop over there and measure it. I think that you would enjoy seeing the site as it is now. We can park in a lot about a block away.
