Bathrooms to Close Weekends at 19 NJ Parks

They really must want the public to hate them. When you stop people from having access to bathrooms, you are asking for a vote against you.

At one of the most popular parks along the coast, all buildings, with the exception of the Admin, will be closed this month and winterized. This includes VC & maintenance. Admin will be closed on weekends as it always has been. The park has pit toilets and the multi-million dollar hi-tech outhouse at the south end of the park, it's solar heated, should nature call 
From what I can find out, it is being done primarily to conserve on heating costs. The state being the state it is, it probably contracted for a pre-purchase fuel oil price for this winter and with the price drop, the only way they can save is to close them down. Just a guess on my part, but.....
