Anybody pass through the Eureka/Black's Bridge area in the last two weeks?

The water on the Eureka side of the bridge is really high, and has overran the road immediately after the bridge, and then a short distance down the road after that.

The water level is noticeably higher on one side of the bridge than the other. Something must have gotten stuck under the bridge and now it's acting like a dam.

I have not been there in awhile, but I'll bet its beaver.
