Has to be someone who has a lot of big trucks and/or diesel-powered construction equipment or a small equipment repair guy without a conscience cleaning out his yard. That's a lot of filters.
Ya know, an access permit would have prevented this.....
Sorry this is a terrible act and I shouldn't be joking about it, however this is how I feel.
On a more serious note, I agree with Scott, there are a lot of industrial filters in there, Baldwins and NAPA XD's usually used on yellow equipment for either oil or hydraulics. The long thinner ones look like a hydraulic filter from a skid steer.
