Breaker One Nine

The reason I ask is that they are highly collectible now.

That's a nice one, but who would take that in the woods?

My 78 at camp on the Forked River Mountains

My friends 1972. This vehicle was a beast!

The reason why I got rid of both of mine was rust. You can see the start of it in this photo of my 73. It was so bad in my 78 that I was concerned about my kids riding in the back because the fumes were coming in the holes.

This man rode the rails all the time. This photo is the Batsto River Bridge in the summer of 1978.

I don't want to take away from Bob's thread anymore, so here is one final thing I just noticed. I believe you can actually see milepost 93 for the JCRR in this photo. It is circled. If you click on the link below it you can see the location where the cement base of the milepost is located. This photo is looking east from the bridge.

this object looks familar to me. I think I found it a few years ago and posted a "what is it" thread. I can't find that photo now. I bet I know where you were.

BTW: I agree with Sue that that is a sewing machine stand. I have a 30's or 40's era Sears Roebuck table saw mounted on an old sewing machine stand and it is cast iron.

I think CB use turned into bulletin boards when computers, like my Apple II E, had modems then that turned into the internet.

I till have 3 CB's. In my CJ7, Cherokee & Motorhome. I use it mostly in the motorhome when traffic slows down, etc. I flip it on so I know well in advance what lane I need to me in. Nobody ever wants to let a motorhome in when you need to merge. The Cherokee & CJ7, usually when riding around the Pines.

What/were is the thing pictured above in Woodjin's post? I've seen it somewhere recently.
