I was just looking at the 1879 Rand Mcnally Atlas and on the Jersey Central Railroad between Chatsworth and Woodmansie there is a place called Buchanan, does anyone have any info or history of the place ?
By comparing the location with the Chatsworth Quad, it seems to be where Water is marked on the southbound side of the tracks east of Chatsworth, but, is that not the tower from the Pioneer Smelting Plant ?
