After seeing the camps mentioned on another thread I was inspired to get off of my butt and post these photos I took in December when I took my daughter down there for her interview for a councilor’s job.
The place really hasn’t changed much from when I was a camper there 40 years ago
It's funny how when I was a kid I thought this swim platform was about a mile from shore. 50 feet is more like it.
The Chapel
No electricty or running water in the cabins. The same cabins I stayed in 40 years ago.
The ceremonial fire ring. Very serious stuff to a young kid from Belmar.
