Pines; Bamber area
Are there campgrounds that run themselves into the ground by reducing the daily cost for some to a monthly cost that beats the cost of any apartment while also doing away with the dreaded yearly lease and security deposit? The places that do that suddenly become seedy places. Do they exist or not?

Workamping is a real and common thing. They just need to figure reasonable # for the off season.
I wouldn't consider one very reasonable for a typical campground. Maybe make it a % of available sites.

I agree. I don't see a problem with the amount Wading Pines wants or has. For a campground that size the offseason is critical to getting work done.

Mainly because water freezes. They shut the water off at the sites.
