That is an interesting photo. They look out of place there. Something you would see in an old B&W movie after their car broke down.
A comment I made some time ago elsewhere: I have pictures of my father and cousin/Godfather, flyfishing in upstate NY in the '20's and early 30's: cap, white shirts and ties, suits with vests, and knee high rubber boots. Also, some of the pictures of the old days floating around on the web show NYC crowds of men with hats, ladies with fancy hats and coats. We've just dressed down.
A very interesting photo. I have to believe he worked on that one. I don't think many people today could do that well.

That is a great photo. Imagine if he did that for many more towns.

That is a nice photo. The field looks similar to my grandfathers place with all the poles that are most likely for beans.
