BTW, When was the section of this formerly public through road taken out of service? Many years ago we drove this way

over to Carranza Rd.
Also, note in second picture that the moisture in the smoke has risen high enough to condense into white clouds.

They devastated (sterilized) the land from the Skit bridge to the tracks and from Carranza Road to the far side of the tracks. Goodbye turtles and snakes . The berry bushes will grow back but no fruit this year. No food.

BTW, When was the section of this formerly public through road taken out of service? Many years ago we drove this way over to Carranza Rd.

Unfortunately, that road has never been public in the area of Moores Meadow as a portion of it is owned by the Moore family. However, when Sammy Moore built the new house there along the road I have heard they were "distracted" by ATV and other vehicles going by at all hours of the night. He had no alternative but to inform the township of his intentions to block it and they had no objections to it.
