Drove down Carranza Road today to get to Oswego Lake and Carranza is flooded at the Featherbed Bridge. Either beavers at work or vegetation under the bridge is causing a blockage on one side of the bridge. The other side is a foot lower.

Looks like the culvert beneath the bridge is blocked. I don't see any sign of beaver though. One would normally see fresh cut saplings and brush stuffed all along the face of the culvert/bridge on the upstream side. Stuffing it shut on the outlet side is far more difficult for a beaver. A true mystery.

It's still flooded and flowing. It will wash out the road if it is not addressed. I did not go through it. Who's running this mess?

I am pretty sure the FFS does it but they may have not been asked. I really don’t know.

Just wanted to add it's still flooded, and there's additionally orange cones just placed in the middle of the puddle. Also found a facebook post dated last year about the same thing, so they don't seem extremely concerned with fixing it
