Haha... my son in law was recently hired as personal assistant to an international billionaire while he's in the US at his penthouse overlooking Central Park and home(s) on Long Island. That's a world I will (happily) never know!

Based purely on square footage, I'd say it takes at least 13 times longer than when I lock up my own house. :D

Most of the people I do business with own vacation homes in excess of 10 million dollars. I have seen first hand that money will buy you comfort, but it will not buy you happiness. I worked for a client who had just sold his business for 80 million dollars and was retiring at 62 years old. He was the most miserable, unhappy person I have ever met.
