Fortunately the racer wanted to get a piece of me more then the green snake. He spit the rough green out, snapped and me then bolted. Here is a shot of the rough green after he spent some time in the racers jaws,

Wow, I can't believe that green snake came through that unscathed. One lucky little fellow that you came along. And that is one good looking frog. I bet he does well with the ladies (frog ladies anyway).

Great pics Dragon! That definitely is one lucky green snake. They were always one of my favorite finds of all the snakes I "caught" as a kid. Ranks right up there with the Ringnecks.
The baby King snake is beautiful too. One of the few I've never seen in the wild. Do they lose the stripes as they mature?

We saw one in the middle of a large lake in Vermont swimming. We circled it in our boat and were surprised how fast it was moving.
