Chatsworth Lake

I spent a great day with my brother Tom (this is my annual birthday trip). We spent all day on Chatsworth Lake, did well fishing (caught a lot of Pickerel) and saw the Bald Eagles (Mom,Dad and at least one immature). It was a really a nice day to be out! The only problem, I still don't have a working camera. What a great day to be out!

Saw your trucks too on my way to kayak Hawkins Bridge to Beaver Branch. What a great day to be outside. Flipped my kayak in some fast water between Evans bridge and Bodine Field when I hit a tree branch trying to avoid someone else who flipped in the same spot. Water is still pretty warm - felt good!

Yup, They were our trucks. It was as close to perfect a day as could be! Hope you enjoyed your day as much as we enjoyed ours! We were on the lake till almost sunset.

Sounds like a great annual tradition. Glad you had a good time. Did you and Tom take your "customary dip"? It was warm enough.

No, no dip this year. We are usually in a more secluded spot than parked
on route 532, so I didn't want to change into dry clothes in the open.
