Cheap Computer

I have a Dell Optiplex SX260. Pentium 4 2.8, 1GB RAM, 40GB Hard Drive, DVD reader. It's a small, tiny computer. It's a little bigger than a Mac Mini. Will run XP or Vista.

I also have a 17" Mag LCD monitor with built in speakers.

Looking to get $250 for the computer + monitor.
