Take notice that the NJ Department of Environmental Protection is proposing an amendment to the nongame species list at N.J.A.C. 7:25-4.17. This proposal makes one change, which is to amend the conservation status of New Jersey Chorus Frog from undetermined (U) to special concern (SC). This amendment corrects an oversight that occurred in the species status changes contained in the proposal published at 56 N.J.R. 936(a) on June 3, 2024.
And starting today, the Bald Eagle and Osprey are no longer endangered.
