After a week of searching, I finally found it last night. Just NE of Mars, a really good landmark. Not much to look at, just green fuzz. For me the sky is part of the pinelands, I look up as well as down. There are star parties held at Atsion and Batsto. I thought I'd share to see if anyone had similar interest. There is a weekly post on YouTube which highlights the coming week.

Interesting. I always find the size of space incomprehensibe. That star (Regulus) in the Lion Constellation is 78 light years away. If my parents shined a light onto that star when I was born, the beam has been traveling 186,000 miles per second for the 68 years I've been alive, but it still has 10 years to go at that speed to reach the star.
