I always said my other vehicle is a shopping cart. (It's not, it's a Buick) But it looks like Mitch's is a submarine! :D

In the town where I was born,
There lived a man,
Who sailed the seas,
And he told us of his life,
In the land of Pine trees,
So we sailed into the sun,
Till' we found a forest of green,
And we lived beneath the shade,
In our Pinelands submarine,

-Chorus-

We all live in a Pinelands submarine,
A Pinelands submarine,
A Pinelands submarine,
We all live in a Pinelands submarine,
A Pinelands submarine,
A Pinelands submarine.

And my friends are all aboard,
Many more of them live next door,
And the band begins to play,
( a band plays a short song )

I wonder who the U-Boat commander is?

I'm not sure if that is worse than what I had to go through for the last several days? We had 5" of snow with about 1/4 on an inch of ice on top.

Not wanting to be the last to clear my property of snow, I went out early to clean. Once I finished, the sleet came and the next morning my driveway, walkway and sidewalk were completely covered with ice.

I tried but couldn't remove it so I left in for a few days because the weather report had indicated that above freezing temperatures were expected. So, I waited thinking that it would melt and I could, at my time, shovel it up. Well, it never happened. For the last several days, I took my chances of driving up and down my driveway (slope) with 4WD LOW and made it. It was scary but I did it.

I have no given in and purchased the calcium chloride and it vanished within a day. I should've purchased it earlier but I still have concerns about this stuff eating away at the concrete.

Time to consider moving south. Does anyone else still have snow or ice down there?
