Some photos from the festival at Batsto earlier today.

Honestly one of the highlights was being able to finally try the NJ maple syrup that Stockton has been working on. Made from red maples on the university campus. It was delicious. They said they may be able to start selling it to the public in about a year.

Stopped at their table too, tasty. Said they couldn't sell it because they they were using money from a federal grant.

Very nice. I wanted to go, but I had to pick my wife up at the airport. Is anyone going to the festival at Whitesbog this Saturday (10/22) ?
