Coyotes in Atco?

This past Sunday weather was nice and I had the house opened up. Around 4:00am I woke up and heard a different noise then normal. I heard a coyote, I'm pretty sure anyway. I was able to finally get two howls on my cell phone but it's very faint compared to what I could hear in person. I'm wondering if anyone else near the raceway could hear it or them?

They are literally everywhere in Waterford. We hear them at night in Pestletown.
I have snared one and shot in my trapping and hunting pursuits thus far. The snared one was taken in Pestletown.
