Big Timber Creek is one big creek ! It is greatly influenced by tides. Batsto River was probably influence by tides as well prior to it being dammed. This piqued my interest. My huge Random House Dictionary defines creek: 1. a watercourse smaller than a river. 2. a watercourse or channel in a coastal marsh. 3. (Chiefly Brit.) a recess or inlet in the shore of the sea. In any case, very nice photos.
