Our forecast for Friday says "Tropical storm conditions possible" but the "hazardous weather conditions" forecast says

According to the NWS: "The center of Hurricane Dorian is forecast to pass by well offshore on Friday. Gusty onshore winds are anticipated for Thursday and Friday, and some coastal flooding is possible."
