Drain Water From Road Puddles

This is what we need to drain water from the pesky deep puddles on roads that we can't go down. One could make a small one and with a different end it could be placed there at night and by morning the water would be gone.

Turning PVC pipe into a water pump.

There's no electricity needed for this method but be prepared for a ton of elbow grease.

Very neat! If placed on some roads the water could be gone, but then again the pump might walk away to.
