He actually purchased it on 9/23/2014 for $424,000. He purchased it from a Robert Lipyanek of Brick. He purchased it from Myung Cho and Eunice Shin and two others on 12/12/2011. They acquired it from Yong Hyun Yu of Elkins Park PA on 8/6/2010. He acquired it from Alan M and Lois F. Katz husband and wife from Cherry Hill on 8/21/1996. They acquired it from Bruce W. Haines and Louise M. Haines on 4/8/1986. They acquired it from Frederick W. Haines and Mary A. Haines on 2/1/1978. And they acquired it from Stephen V. Lee and others on 11/11/1948. I missed Cutts somewhere and will add it in when I go over it again. Having trouble.

I'm confused about exactly where this is. Did they tear down this house and build the new one on the same site, or is it somewhere else?

I don't know exactly, but that was my guess, and why I suggested Cutt's.
If; this new structure is at the exact location of the old red house, that will be 36 Eagle Rd (Block 2602. Lot 2.01, currently owned by Jason Grater. See 'view pictures' for the red house and two maps. That's my take.

That address would be just the farm. However, there is a chance that house property is included and that would be the overlooking home in your link Rooftree.
Even though I picked the wrong lot by accident, I still think that house has something to do with the farm. It may take some investigating to find that out.
