Less than half of it. The discount is not valid in their hours of heavy traffic and weekends. These below.
* Peak Hours: Mon-Fri, 7am-9am, 4:30pm-6:30pm; All Day Saturday and Sunday
It's really a lame program. If you are in the right hours (oh my), and your toll is $2.25, you get a whopping 22.5 cents off.
I applied for and received this a month or so ago. I or my wife often travel on the NJTP and GSP often to visit my daughter and while the discount isn’t much, it does add up.
