We've been seeing alot of these little guys this summer. I guess it thought she was a tree, quick thinking prevented it from getting out of hand.

Very cute! I have a lot of little lizards around my house and woods, some that size, others larger. But their distinctive feature is a brilliant cobalt blue stripe down the center of their tail. I wonder what they are? I will try to take a picture one of these days.

It's called a fence swift.

Don't grab them by the tail - they don't like it. Useless fact: if you turn them on their back and gently rub their belly, they will fall asleep in your hand.
