Started out Sunday with my friend George basically on a driving tour in the Whiting Bamber area, stopping first of what i think was the location of the old turntable in Whiting, please correct me if i am wrong. Here are two pics of the presumed site.

I have an opinion on these two pics and i will say that if i am at the correct intersection where the turntable was, and if in these last two pics that the pics are showing the remains of the turntable or not, that this should have not happened especially for a road extension, this turntable in my opinion either only partially still in existence was historic, so as they say another one bites the dust to progress.
We then traveled to Bamber Lake, which i consider one of the most scenic in the pines, taking the following three pics of the lake, in the first pic notice the tower in the upper middle of the photo at a distance.
A second pic showing part of the spillway to the Cedar Creek.
The third and final pic of the lake, notice the footbridge in the left hand side of the photo which goes to the other side of the lake.

Leaving the site it was a short trip down Good Luck Road to Dover Road arriving at Carusoville, taking this first pic, notice the curbing.
Took this pic from Dover Road looking down to Carusoville, notice the jeep way down the road, plenty of jeeps were back in the woods in this area
Leaving the area we went back to Lacey Road to take this pic of the Cedar Creek with the pilings of the Old Tuckerton Railroad in view.
