— The Finn’s Point Rear Range Lighthouse will be open for visitors again this weekend.Nov 17
Visitors will be welcome to tour the lighthouse today from 1 to 4 p.m.
The lighthouse is located at the Supawna Meadows National Wildlife Refuge, 199 Lighthouse Road, not far from Fort Mott State Park.
Built in 1876 for the U.S. Lighthouse Service at a cost of $1,200, the lighthouse helped ships to navigate the nearby Delaware River.Saturday will likely be the last date the lighthouse will be open this season
Visitors will be able to climb the 130 steps to the top of the lighthouse for spectacular views of Salem County, The Delaware River and the neighboring state of Delaware.
