They need to add the fact it will kill chigger ticks. Looking forward to that. My car is littered in the back with almost empty Off cans. I don't want to run out so I have bought new twice this fall.

They stopped bothering me down here a few weeks ago, they were as bad as ever before that. :argh: But I'm going to try it without permethrin-treated clothes starting tomorrow!

At about 3AM it was 37 here and now it is 34. I saw online that we would not get frost here so I did not cover my peas in the garden. May have to run out and check them.

I had put an old afghan next to the garden but the news said we would not get frost here so I did not cover them. I just went out and the trash cans did not have frost but the tarp did. So the peas may have been compromised. I covered them, and hopefully it was minor or not at all.

My car, yard and the roofs on some homes by me were frozen solid. However, on our rides early in the woods we saw no evidence of frost. Chigger ticks live!

Did you actually see any this morning? I'm going to give it a try without the permethrin this afternoon since I haven't seen any for awhile at my place. But to be sure, dont you think we need a hard freeze and not just a frost? Looks like warm weather is returning and it might be some time before we have another cold night.

No, we did not see any. However, I suspect many places did not freeze. The only frost I saw was here at my house.

I can see the trash can lids and the roof of my shed has ice on them, and the car windows. It is now 30 here.
