Hello fellow explorers,

I'm glad to announce that some of the giant *ahem* puddles (reservoirs) on some of the fire roads have started to recede. As of last Friday, my friends and I still couldn't get out to one of our favorite hang out spots in Wharton Forest. This after a week of 95+ temps and sun. I figure the humidity had something to do with it.

But, as of Sunday night, most of our path was not impeded by impending water doom. Thanks to the lack of humidity and continuing sunshine, the water finally had somewhere to go!

Not to get too off topic but . . . I'm at work and bored, so I figured I'd post a meaningless update . . .

I got my new site's intro page up and running with my logo. Let me know what you guys think. I'd like to add two enlarged pine needles below the words but I'm having trouble finding a single pine needle to mess with in Photoshop.

Ben, would you know where I could find such a photo?

Enjoy the weather (remember what we've been through in the last 2 months),

Justin

Lord knows my back yard is full of those damn pine needles.

I'd be more than happy to take some pictures of some and send them your way. Let me know how many needles and on what sort of background you want.
