Foundation info needed

There is a foundation that is about a mile east of the railroad bridge on 72 east. Turn left on a dirt road. There is a large foundation. There are piles of old china,plates and bottles all over the place. Does anyone know what this site was? Tom

I've been there a few times but I don't know what it is. I don't think the foundation and the china and other debris are related.
