FPP Bob. I was on the way to another location, saw the moon in the right spot, quickly set up and moved close to the trees to get some interest in the foreground.

Yes, it was a runway as Ed and Bob said. It was used for crop dusting.

Speaking of, I've often heard this called a runway and on a map, [I forget where] I've seen a name. I just thought it is the property line for Eastern Concrete pit in Warren Grove.

The current satellite image shows it absorbed by the current mining operations. I've heard this pit was recently purchased by Phoenix sand mining just down the road.
