* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 32 degrees will result in frost
formation.

* WHERE...Portions of central, northern, and southern Delaware,
northeast Maryland, central, northern, and southern New Jersey,
and east central and southeast Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 9 AM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

I was out early this morning along the Sykes Branch and it was chilly at first. No evidence of frost anywhere.
