Six days after the power went out, Jersey Shore residents who were still in the dark Thursday were becoming increasingly frustrated and angered by the pace of repairs.
“I’m usually a very reasonable person,” said Colts Neck resident Pam Margiotta, who lost power about 3 a.m. Sunday. “But this has been a very long time.”
No electricity means Margiotta and her family have no water or septic service either. They have been scooping water from their pool to flush the toilet.
