President Obama is dragging his feet!temperatures were dipping into the 20s in communities like hard-hit Rockaway and the entire region braced itself for a potential nor'easter next week. No Gas no heat no water no warm clothing how would you survive? Its taking to long. People dont want to leave there homes because of the low life looters

Odd-Even gas rationing in the storm-hit counties-effective noon today (Sat., 11/03)

President Obama has directed FEMA to ship millions of gallons of unleaded gas, and diesel fuel, and that will be coming in soon, accodring to this report.

That's great, but it will do no good without the electricity to pump it. There are quite a few tankers offshore of NY harbor waiting to unload fuel. They have been there for several days waiting for the port to be opened to commercial traffic.

The odd/even rationing and quantity limitations does not apply to those with walkup containers.

MIDDLETOWN — Gov. Chris Christie ordered the repeal of odd-even days for gas fill-ups for motorists in the 12 northern counties where the ration was in place after Sandy beginning Tuesday at 6 a.m.

Christie said gas supplies are plentiful and there are no more lines of motorists waiting for fuel.

One thing's for sure, if that's what your license plate says then you would argue with the attendant about whether it is and odd or even number.
