To geocache you need a GPS. You place (hide) items at a location, usually in a Tupperware container or something equivalent. The items range from coins to trinkets, and even dollar bills in some instances. You post the info on http://www.geocaching.com/ and people search it out and usually take or add an item to the container, and log in that they were there. There are quite a few located in the pines, with many of them from members of this board.

I suggest you find a bunch of caches before you hide one. Alot of of people hide them without thinking where they put them.
