Anyone know what Directory/File (Places) are stored in?

C:\Documents and Settings\[your_user]\Application Data\Google\GoogleEarth

Thanks but already had looked there, I think it`s hid somewhere in the Google directory.

Oh, well are you talking about your places, or the ones delivered by the servers? As far as I know those are all under c:\Program Files\Google\Google Earth. You should also find the runtime cache of images, icons, models, etc., under c:\Documents and Settings\[your_user]\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Google Earth.
