Canoe
The canoe in Medford Lakes, on Lenape Trail, was a local. After the 1000 year flood people started to place memorial objects in the canoe such as life jackets, paddles, a minnow well and many personal effects. Some day it will be gone but for now it is a reminder of the flood. I must pass that way four times a week and I always look at it in passing. Who knows why I am attracted to it, just may be my personal reminder of the flood since I was caught up in it. Thanks for all the other stories.
