Not much to do for me but stay home since everything is closed. Hope everyone enjoys their Thanksgiving. Wish the weather would be a little more appropraite though, they have mild and mucky tomorrow. Good thing the chill returns on Friday.

All,
To a great community and their loved ones... enjoy your day!
Be thankful for those many things you have to be thankful for and please give considerations to those that do not and maybe share a little of yourself. A meal, a phone call, an extended hand, the slightest thing can mean so much.
Be well.

I celebrated Thanksgiving this past Saturday due to the fact I knew I had to work today. I am working at a nursing home I have never been. Pot luck on what I find. So today I am giving in more ways then one. Yesterday was my true day of Thanksgiving. I am waiting for a reply from Guy regarding sharing a piece of my day which will end up in my upcoming book on Friendship. A truely remarkable day!!

All,
To a great community and their loved ones... enjoy your day!

Happy Thanksgiving all! Looked like it was a nice day in the pines, but I was in the NYC area with my daughter eating turkey :)

Driving up, it was 77 degrees on the Parkway around Asbury Park - I had my air conditioning on!

With the warm weather and with the oven on full blast all day yesterday, my house was like a sauna. We had to put the AC on at around dinnertime, we all would have wilted and passed out if we hadn't.

Had the AC on at my daughter's house also yesterday, it was cooking in there.
