The old trailer we criss-crossed the USA in 8 times in the early '60s (FAA) is still sitting in Hog Wallow where we sold it and bought the old Maxwell place in Wading River.

Wow, how cool is that! I'll bet those were some very fun and interesting times. Memories, right? Tell a little more; why 8 times, and what are some of the key memories?

The old trailer we criss-crossed the USA in 8 times in the early '60s (FAA) is still sitting in Hog Wallow where we sold it and bought the old Maxwell place in Wading River. Back then you couldn't rent a place that wasn't an infested dump, thus the trailer.

Can you go into more detail about this trailer and if possible where it is at? And did you buy all of the Maxwell property or is there a specific Maxwell house you are referring to? I don't know of a trailer in Hog Wallow proper, and the Maxwell tract seems to have been divided into various tracts it appears. Do you mean the trailer is in the Hog Wallow "area" along 563? If you don't want to post you can just PM or email me. And as always you always have the right to ignore me.
