I haven't been on it lately, but as you and I have discussed in the past it can be very wet around this time of year. I do know it usually floods bad just past Locks turnoff, and there are some decent size puddles before. With recent conditions several roads are flooded. There is a post on the Wharton FB page I believe about flooding conditions, I cant post it I don't have FB a friend showed it to me.Good Luck!

Thanks Joe. I am now on FB, saw the warning, and decided to give it a shot this morning. Will be happy to discuss by PM if anyone wants to know.
Passed locks bridge has some large but manageable puddles if you know how to drive in the pines.4x4 definitely a must.
