Whipoorbill and I hit the Barrens.It didn't take much prodding at all.He said Ummm?let me think about it. Ten seconds later He said yes! So there we were two old men out in the woods playing young men games.He has Parkinsons and I"m blind in one eye so this should be good. We made it to most of our destinations but one old beaver dam we meant to cross had been rebuilt by said beavers apparently a few years ago and the far end had grown up with thick brush which would have force us into the pond.The once young men are not only older but also smarter now or perhaps just softer.We both declined a potential bath in 38 degree weather a mile from the car.This trip will be left for summer but still Whips photo skills still shine.The video quality leaves a bit to be desired but you can still tell the settings were gorgeous.Actuall I see the vids can't be attached here.I may youtube em and link to em in a bit but heres the pics.
