I've been cleaning out my herb garden this afternoon and have found that a couple of my perennial herbs have become a little too big for my allotted space.
If you are interested in any, let me know, they are free. I hate to throw out a good plant!

comfrey (medicinal--beautiful flowers, pink blue and purple on the same plant!)
feverfew (medicinal)
oregano
lemon balm (good for tea and also medicinal)
yarrow (medicinal), pretty in a wildflower garden as well. a native plant.

Dunno, one way to find out....they seem to not like too much attention, just a sunny area, not too much water.

Man, you'd be surprised at how loud a rabbit can be during the night! Especially a female!

Dunno about the fish....that's an interesting one! What kinda fish you have, Mike? A large mouthed bass? :rofl:

As a kid we took small catfish from Strawbridge Lake in Moorestown home with us, and put them in a 5 gallon tank. When they became larger they would wake me up splashing around.

Large mouth bass? *Groans*

I had a regular ol' goldfish, but it died of old age a few months ago. Usually they only last a month!

Actually, Spot, my rabbit is ridiculously loud. He likes to rattle the cage guard and doors, and rearranges his litter box, bowl, and water dish constantly. He used to have a cat food can to play with, but I took it away from him because he'd scrape it along the bars like in those old prison movies :D I help out at a rabbit rescue a friend of mine started, and she was the one that convinced me to take Spot. Turns out he's the third hardest breed of rabbit to deal with, due to his curiosity, tendency to get into EVERYTHING, and restlessness (she knew that, that's why I got him. She just didn't share in advance!). Luckily he's cute too :) I've had him for four years now, but he was two years old when the rescue aquired him...

So you're a softy, eh? I've a friend that does rabbit rescue. They have 43 rabbits. Too many for me...cute and stinky things (at least when you get a bunch of 'em!) .

43? That's childs play. We had 160 at one point just after the Animal Orphanage shut down their rabbit department :giveup:

That was far too many, I understand that she didn't want to turn any away, but when it becomes a full time job just taking care of them...

We've got under thirty rabbits now. Much better than way!
