Can anyone provide current data on the Heritage Minerals/ "Crystal Lake" in Manchester? I found an article on the Nuclear Regulatory Commissions website that "In March 2005, HMI requested termination of its NRC license and release of the Heritage site for unrestricted use."

Does anyone know the outcome?

I've heard that the EPA and Manchester cops chase ATVers out, but what about hikers? I want to get some pictures.

Is it possible to drive a car on "Garland Square". I see on Google Earth that it runs North-South at the far east end of the lake.

Any info is appreciated!

Back over 2 years ago I remember reading that K-Hovnanian had control of the property and was in litigation with the NJDEP over its developability. I believe the case was eventually resolved with K-Hov being able to develop the disturbed portion of the property. The rest was to be preserved. Not sure what has happened since.
