I don't see the youth from the area banging on the door to try and work there. So if someone needs a job and is willing to work, the place looks acceptable to me.
Some of the issues were due to poor septic systems. These are valid complaints and should be addressed to prevent further contamination of the ground waters.
Wonder if there is a non profit type organization that would be interested in not contaminating ground water in the pines? nah, I cant think of one......
That would be the Ritz if it were a scout camp. We stayed in lean-to's at summer camp at Brookville, aka Joseph A. Citta Scout Reservation, but I hear things have been updated over the past 30 years. Its where my first gray hair sprouted.
