FYI,
If you can't find a home for your old hardware, you can recycle old PC hardware, working or not at most Goodwill centers. They have a program with Dell, who actually does the recycling. It's a good way to keep them out of the landfills. I've taken dozens of old PCs, Monitors, Printers, UPS, you name it from work and they are happy to take it.
